Raw vegan version of a chocolate lover’s delight. A crisp hazelnut and raw cacao biscuit-like tart base is covered with luxurious milk chocolate mousse and topped with light and bubbly milky cream. This treat smells and perhaps even tastes like nutella but is so brilliantly natural.

This Chocolate Tart is made from fresh and (where possible) organic ingredients that have avoided temperatures of higher than 50C in its preparation. Thanks to this, all the vitamins and nutrients are retained so you can enjoy this much healthier dessert without fear of empty calories settling in your body. No dairy, no eggs, no gluten or artificial flavours and chemicals! I am also not a fan of white sugar, so I use much healthier alternatives such as coconut syrup, maple syrup or coconut sugar, which – unlike white sugar – have more vitamins, lower glycemic index and richer flavours. Even the vanilla extract used in this recipe is free of artificial chemicals as it is lovingly homemade.
