The Chocolate Chia pudding is made from raw fresh and (where possible) organic ingredients. Thanks to this, all the vitamins and nutrients are retained so you can enjoy this much healthier snack without fear of empty calories settling in your body. No dairy, no eggs, no gluten or artificial flavours and chemicals! I am also not a fan of white sugar, so I use much healthier alternatives such as coconut syrup, maple syrup or coconut sugar, which – unlike white sugar – have more vitamins, lower glycemic index and richer flavours. Even the vanilla extract used in this recipe is free of artificial chemicals as it is lovingly homemade.

Please note that this chia pudding contains almonds and almond milk!
