Cakes & Tarts

The most popular treats I make are raw vegan cakes: without dairy, eggs, gluten or sugar, the wonderful delights won’t interfere with your healthy eating plans (think: all the pleasure but none of the weight gain!). There is a great choice ranging from mousse-like cakes with soft sponges, cheesecakes with a more dense crust, tarts with chocolate filling, fruit-layered cakes, carrot cake to indulgent tropical fruit or strawberry and cream cakes.

I also make a small but exciting selection of deliciously baked cakes – healthily prepared yet purely decadent. These treats are not chosen at random: with their incredibly fragrant aroma while baked, some of them, like the Almond and Coconut Sugar Cake, are as good to make as they are to taste. Others, like the Pancho Cake, I just love so much: I can’t find them in any bakery in London so I had to learn to make them myself.
